LA Livin

America twice in one year, an unexpected but lovely surprise and the chance to spend 5 weeks living in LA.

Took a while to realise it was spelling something out in the sky.

Santa Monica looked exactly as I excpected.

The Apple Pan was the American diner experience I needed to have while in the USA.

Taking a trip to the Getty Museum. Incredible views from here and the story of the Getty was equally incredible.

Watching the sun start to set, there was a quality to the light that is hard to put into words or photos.

Made it in time to watch the sun go down.

LA looks just as pretty at night.

Taking a stroll around the Venice Canals. Amazing that a rich guy decided to recreate the feel of Venice, Italy and he was rich enough to just do it.

Had to take a peek at the legendary Muscle Beach.

Got gifted a pair of Disneyland tickets. It would have been rude not to go.

The attention to detail and professionalism in Disneyland was incredible.

Disneyland looks amazing at night, so much attention given to the lighting. Also the far end of this photo is a backdrop, very cool.

Awesome night vibes throughout.

The end of night show was incredible, and sums up my LA experience. It grew on me over the 5 weeks and by the end I felt like I had just started to see what might be under the surface. Laid back vibes and good weather, LA definitely surprised me.
